it's complicated you see
both those dictators had people killed in secret and in saddams case in much greater number than isis or any terrorist group. we just think isis is worse because they don't hide their acts of barbarism. murder is murder regardless of the method used, it depends entirely on how we define a better world. is it on the basis of the number of people killed or living conditions in the countries currently affected by terrorism.

if we're to judge it by the number of deaths - the dictators are worse
however if we're to judge it by the state of the countries - isis/al qaeda/terrorists are worse
