reporting more. japan has a pretty low violent murder rate. this particular incident is an outlier

I don't think anyone here lives in the land of the rising sun, it would be interesting to see how Japanese officials react to the incident, will they bring up motives? Possibly being mentally unwell? Possibly push for a better healthcare system? Any of those options would make the officials here in the states look like fucking idiots either way.
