As much as I am an advocate for allowing content that really pushes the limits on Youtube, this is beyond skirting the line. It's not a controlled environment with just a single individual, it's a "family" with a child that is actually trying to live a normal life and this is nothing short of abuse, how Child Services has not come to the rescue yet is beyond my comprehension.

the way he literally word-for-word says "it's just a prank, bro" after doing some nasty shit to his son is pretty infuriating

I watched this rather late last night, in the clips leading towards the end it kept reminding me of something. It looked like the sort of family where there had been some sort of trauma that was being blamed onto the son (cody). I can't remember the term for it, but imagine my shock when it turns out that Cody was from a previous marriage.

The thing that was more surprising was that the father got custody, but the way they treat him is appalling. There is no excusing it, even if it was done for pranks. It's out and out psychological abuse.

It's pretty disgusting how they're too stupid to understand anything about the situation.

Their first reaction was "y'all a buncha haters. See? We're all fine. TELL THEM YOU'RE FINE, KIDS"
Their next reaction was "it's all that DeFranco guy"
And then after that it was "we are sorry...if you got butthurt"

But there's really no context that their content could be in that would make it not exploitative or abusive. Even the most innocent spin on the story --where 100% of their videos were staged-- they're still forcing their kids to get violent with each other and making money off of embarrassing them in front of 750k people. So it's hilarious to watch them desperately figure out who to blame, because there's seriously no angle to this where they're not shitty people.

Actually, yes.

We went to Disney World a lot.
Mainly because we got a few years of free passes, and it was really close.

We usually went during hurricanes so we wouldn't have to tough out the storm so close to the water.
