These kinds of intersectional feminists and social justice activists operate primarily through shutting discussion down, either through tactics like the progressive stack, no-platforming or altering the definitions of words to mean something specific and largely disagreeable to most people.

The worst part is that they act as if this is obvious. Obviously you can't be racist towards white people, because white people are a privileged group. But, predictably, if you ask them about the historically privileged position of the Ashanti people, or the current privileged position of the Akan people then you're met with accusations of shilling for colonialism.

Let's not fool ourselves as to who these people are for the most part: white, middle-class kids who have nothing better to do but fit their own narcissism into some epic narrative of hardship and eventual justice. Fuck them, and their moralisations.

I really. Really. Do not enjoy that ease of distribution of which dumb ideas perpetrated by dumb people are allowed to spread in the age of the internet.  And that the younger generations only have half a functioning brain of which they gobble this fucking shit up.

Granted, the fools that trawl tumblr and facebook and whatever else are supposedly a minority. Although I doubt it to a degree since people lacking basic logic greatly outnumber those who don't.

Most insulting of all is that this garbage is spouted by first world youths and 30-something rejects who have access to the internet, and all the comfortable perks that first world status brings. And it's legitimately seeping into real world outlets.

This is the kind of shit that makes me want to beat somebody to death with a shovel.

But instead, I'm just going to point out something I always laugh about.

"White people."

The term is thrown around all the time as a terribly funny generalization that's actually ironic as fuck. Think about it. "White people." Which fucking white people?

White Canadians? White Americans? Those guys who are the colour white in Italy? Those guys who are the colour white in Japan? What the fuck even constitutes as a white person? Because I sure as fuck know if you asked that question to one of those bullshit spouting mongoloids, they'd say that a white japanese guy isn't white. He's Japanese.

I don't even know how they can manage mental gymnastics of that fucking caliber. They treat skin pigment as if it's an entire race but then when shown somebody who's white in any other country they'll more than likely deflect the statement by stating the person's ethnicity instead.

Ridiculous.

That's a valid point. I have been letting the stupidity take my attention away from matters that should really be more of a pressing concern on issues such as this.

What's more pathetic is even within the realms of their own narrative, men can still be victim to sexism. A patriarchal society tries to shape and control the roles of men just as much as it does women. Nothing about gender roles excludes the oppression men face for not filling traditional male roles.

It seems like these early 20's women all seem to speak from a general lack of perspective, and quite honestly are becoming a new brand of "womansplaining".

"Privilege is invisible to those who have it", indeed.
