Let's say someone is acting really recklessly and self-destructive, for this example a drunk guy on a smallish bridge. You're there with him and he's annoying but not violent or anything. But then he sits on the edge of the bridge and after a second, falls down into the water and starts to drown.

Is it murder if you don't save him? There's no one around to write a song about you either

The current titlebar/avatar setup is just normal.
Why you didn't grab them off the ledge of the bridge when it seems sorta obvious what was next is a complete mystery.
