Do you mean a decline in the West's weight in international politics? Because that's very far from the truth.
If you mean our quality of life is declining or the Muslims and esjaydubyas are eroding our social order then I think you ought to close the headlines and just experience reality.

Not sure what you mean.

If it's native population growth, then it's kinda obvious when most of the developed western countries have a replacement rate just on or below 1.

Not in the slightest, both in influence around the world, living conditions, or whatever else.

Terrorist attacks =/= a fall in western society. If anything more terrorist attacks are happening because people are slowly moving towards more secular governments

While I haven't lived long enough or researched enough history, I do feel that people are not holding themselves to the standards that they should.

Also there was a news report I saw a few weeks back, I've grown to detest the news in all it's aspects but this one stood out to me. It was about a fashion convention for obese people, but everyone in the report insisted on calling them "plus sized", and that anybody who disagreed with the politics of these "plus sized models" was a horrible human being. Everything about that report from it's subject matter to it's presentation are things that should never have existed, I see them as signs of deep flaws in society, but they are flaws that can be fixed with time and persistence.

I'm not really sure. The West doesn't seem to be rising nor declining, just seems to be stagnating.
