That depends entirely on the party behind it lol. If anything though I bet it would use America's industrial strength to try and levy its morals on nations America deals with.

The logistics of trying to coalesce all 50 states under one authoritarian banner would be so astronomically difficult given how America has, and always will emphasize individualism.

But eliminating those variables, and under the hypotheticals, the closest I could potentially see America reverting to would be Libertarian Marxism, and even that's a stretch.
