I have a question about this end of the scenario.

When Pluto is at its furthest distance away from the Earth lets say a black hole forms being it, but it's twice the distance away from us. Withing about a 30 day period the Earth is going to get destroyed by it, but for life lets say we would all be dead when we reach the final week. Would we allow ourselves to get destroyed by it, our would we nuke ourselves for a mercy reason? The reason being due to the amount of crime which would happen on a scale we never seen before. There would be so much rape, murder and plundering going on that it would be a mercy to end ourselves earlier with the nukes than to drag it on with the black hole.

Major societies in humanity are too sensitive to conduct such mercy in such an event, political or governmental figures would be making vain attempts to survive and fail to retain order amongst the land... So naturally, when doom is upon us, our lack of discipline as a species will be the artifices of our own destruction (though crime) long before the scientific phenomenon kills most of our species.

I wouldn't be worried about it, since there is practically nothing we can do to escape such an event. Our space technology is too rudimentary; I would ultimately continue to live on life without acknowledging the fact that doom is upon me until the time came for me to pass. We all die eventually, and we all do not know when or where we will... So why live in fear only to die in regret of that fear?

Nuking the whole planet? That's a terrible way to go for those who don't get immediately vaporized.

No, like what the poster above said, governments would try in vain to keep order as society inevitably breaks down. There would just be a lot of crime and mass suicides during that depressing 30 (years I presume?) period.
