Speaking about a horrific case in Paraguay, where the government refused to allow a young girl who had been raped to have an abortion, the former Arkansas governor said he sided with the authorities in the South American nation.“Creating one problem that is horrible — let nobody be misled, a 10-year-old girl being raped is horrible — but does it solve a problem by taking the life of an innocent child?” Huckabee said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “And that’s really the issue.”“Let’s not compound the tragedy by taking yet another life,” he added. “When an abortion happens, there are two victims.”
is it even biologically possible to conceive at 10 years old?

The "rape or incest" compromise is bullshit anyway. If a developing fetus is in fact a person, then the circumstances of their conception are irrelevant- they have a right to life.If the fetus is not a person, it has no more or less right to life than any other, regardless of circumstances of conception.

If you have to kill an innocent to save five innocents, you kill that single innocent. The negative impact of forcing the mother the carry through with a rape- or incest-baby (although in the latter case I'd be more inclined to do it for the future child's sake, since nobody wants to be horribly deformed) would outweigh the killing of an unborn person. FTR, I take conception as the beginning of personhood.i want cucktilitarians to leave
