It is, in my opinion, that the ACA (Affordable Care Act) is one of the worst pieces of legislation ever passed by the US congress. However it's success is still up for debate. They claim that they were able to get seven million sign ups in the first few months (at the cost of two million jobs) but how many of those sign ups are even legit? We know that not everyone who signed up was originally without insurance, and we know that not everyone had technically finished signing up but were still included in that number anyway. It just leads me to wonder how much good it did for the amount of damage that it backfired.
