I prefer my own existence, I wouldn't say it's more valuable, however.

I could kill a person, but I wouldn't hold a grudge against he who kills me either. If that makes sense.

If I'm not here, I'm doing photography. Or I'm asleep. Or in lockdown. One of those three, anyway.

The current titlebar/avatar setup is just normal.
I don't know. I could rank life by how much they mean to me personally and to the world (a scientist or whatever), but I think the value of it must be a lot if I don't ever wish to "spend" it.


E.g. I know that if I were force to end someone's life, I'd prefer it to be a random person I've never met with no relatives or future potential than a family member. Then again, if it were the life of someone else or myself, I'd most likely choose me to live.

I value my life. Since I value my life, I'd like others to also value it, which is unlikely to happen unless I in return value the lives of others. I see it like bartering, just with all of society. This of course, is ignoring my emotional and illogical desire to help others that's been programmed into me by evolution.

The angel agreed to trade a set of white wings for the head of another demon. Overjoyed, the demon killed one of his own and plucked the head right off its still-warm body.

Enough value that I would give my own for somebody, anybody else's if need be. Enough that I devote my time, my efforts, and my life to doing the best I can to make the lives better of those I call friends and family. I will do all that I can to ensure that they have a future, not one of troubles and problems, but one of safety, and content.

Life, all life in general, is something special. It's a fleeting moment, something less then a speck of dust compared to the lifetime of the universe around us. And until proven otherwise, it's the best course to assume that the life we have in our hands is the only life we will ever have, and when it's gone, that's it. So while I am here, I will struggle, and toil, and fight to make something better for those around me. I will do my best to preserve the life that I find, no matter how small. And for the life that I have to take and consume in order to keep myself alive, I am thankful for that sacrifice, that cost.
