But they aren't amending it. Because now that they realize they're not gaining followers by running the LGBT hate-train, they're pretending that LGBT rights is a conservative issue, which they've clearly displayed that it is not.

I mean it kinda is. Govt should have no say in who you sleep with or marry. Which is why its funny all the 'muh small govt' people think they get to decide which consenting adults get to marry and which don't.

It's a conservative issue in that many conservatives don't want it because if LGBTs can marry then God will bring the plague to America like he has to Europe.
