Does the 'liberal bias' actually exist?

One popular GOP talking point is that the news and media in general has a leftward slant--is this actually a thing, or are they just being delusional citizens of Republicantown? Even Wikipedia and Snopes have been accused of being liberal.

My gut reaction is that "it's not biased if it's true," and I think of Stephen Colbert's one-liner, "the truth has a well-known liberal bias."

...Is it actually a thing?

Of course liberal bias is a thing. However, that isn't to say that anything that criticizes more conservative positions is rife with liberal bias. Sometimes shit is just factually incorrect, which conservatives have a bad habit of doing.

Well yeah, any political alignment will have a bias. I thought this was common sense.

The denial of climate change is as much a right wing bias as the shady journalist practices amongst the GamerGate controversy are a left wing bias.

If you associate yourself with a political belief and close any other possibilities or only project a certain aspect, image or idea then yes, you're fully biased. That is, until you start thinking outside the box and providing something complete and coherent outside a limited image of the world.

If by the GOP sense, then no. That's just them spewing shit and hiding the fact that they're biased.

But there's bias everywhere, so sure liberal bias exists.
