Could the USA ever completely remove Socialism?

The US has socialist elements. Public roads, schools, emergency services, the military, etc...

Is it possible to remove each and every trace of socialism?

No, and it's disingenuous to suggest that public goods are "socialist" in any meaningful sense. There's no ideological underpinning to public roads or emergency services, merely that the market usually cannot provide them effectively.

That said, there's room for less government involvement as well as service improvement in various areas. Education, the fire brigade, healthcare and pensions--to name a few. And, of course, what counts are "socialist"? The courts? Because things like contract enforcement and tort law aren't going away.

In an ideological sense, no probably not as well. America has had socialist elements within its population and political system since at least the Progressive Era, typified by presidents like Herbert Hoover and public intellectuals like Upton Sinclair.

1 because black on a whole have been taken by the US and are basically a victim of western imperialism

2 because removing socialism requires the US to intervene, much like Vietnam or the cold war.
