i spend most of my days sequestered off in my room anyway, so nothing changes for me, besides the N95s

yeah, she sticks in the living room until bedtime, and we basically just can't sit near her

we do have to shop for her, but we're trying to get help from others since my dad and i are trying to self-quarantine—thankfully, a great deal of our relatives happen to live in the area, so we won't be in trouble if we all have the coof

I think I low key preferred lockdown to this weird indefinite purgatory we're in now. At least it felt we had some sort of collective goal we were working towards. Now it feels like there's no end in sight.

Unfortunately a lot of people thought it was just going to be a two month stint then back to normality. Lockdown unity is all well and good until you realise businesses and employers can't cope with long term shut downs. That's when the every man for himself mentality creeps in.

Can't really say I'm fond of being cooped up for two weeks waiting to find out if the symptoms I show are the rare strain of cooties that hits the heart or if it's just a regular bacterial infection on the lining.

I'm debating on moving my camper somewhere more hospitable since I don't have two weeks of food on hand. I think technically I could pass it off. My home is mobile and technically i'm still in quarantine if I'm in my vehicle, just so long as I don't leave it.

Thank fuck, at least the bacteria hitting my heart's not cooties. That means I can not quarantine and haunt the single coffee shop left open in the province. Wasn't expecting results back that fast.
