Indiana governor who got under fire for signing a bill that more or less specified that you can deny service to gays if it goes against your religions beliefs.

The way he handled it in the days after (such as contradicting himself on the same day), along with other various things (such as Arizona going through the same thing earlier, only they vetoed it) is why his approval rating is around 17 (or 11?) %
