Well seeing as I don't particularily care about myself or by extension, what others say or think of me, then it's no problem. You notice I rarely ever tend to talk about my family, however? You've got a point. There's always a line at how personal it gets somewhere.

I need to be careful not to relapse back into it, so I plan on seeing a psychologist.

That's good, it sound like you're starting to take the right steps.

Yeah we had some deep conversations in the dubtrack room and that helped me snap out of it, realizing things could be like they were 10 years ago where I had no control over my life, my life has gotten a lot easier since I became an adult compared to being a kid.

Speaking from my own experiences, it comes and goes, and each time it does you learn more about yourself and how to prevent it from happening.

Unfortunately I relapsed again. Kinda glad this thread is still open actually.

I'm going to see my doctor in two days, have her send me to a legit psychologist this time or something.

I don't like the paranoia associated with "suicide watching," but I understand why it freaks people out.
More often than not, it creates communication problems, like if someone's preoccupied with you not offing yourself they're going to try immediately securing your safety (whatever that means) instead of trying to really get to the crux of your problem.

You shouldn't give up. You only live once. There is going to be nothing after death. Once you make that decision and you kick the bucket, its over. You can't undo it later.
