I'll denote how much the proposition matters to me on a scale of 1-5; 1 matters the least, 5 matters the most.

i just look at it as "is this the biggest issue in the world, or is it that big of a deal"

for example, i obviously think abortion rights are paramount

but i don't necessarily care all that much whether someone considers their spirituality a religious thing (even though i would say that it objectively is)

in other words, would i get into a heated debate over this subject

The less of our trivial differences we focus on, the better. When people get along and work together life is good.
but in order for us to work together, we have to agree on certain things

in order for us to agree on certain things, we have to have a discussion about them

in order to have a discussion about them, we have to know where we stand

tests like this can serve as an aide to that end

this inevitably will result in division, but i like to think that division is the first step of the slow process to unity

It comes down to the reading of the question, I think, which is why I weighted it at 2. I'm relatively happy with our own system, which is regulated abortions until a certain point, and then abortions only for extenuating circumstances for the remainder of the pregnancy. I think this would technically constitute 'restriction in most cases'. I'm not in favour of banning abortions outright, nor is that prospect really on the cards in the UK.

See above; we should restrict abortions != abortions are never sensible.

I agree that it's wrong to question a leader during wartime insofar as developed countries tend to have robust informal or institutional mechanisms for not letting the leader do whatever the fuck he wants, and that significant erosion of a leader's authority during wartime is probably not healthy for the country as a whole.
