Yeah pretty much, but we can never be sure. For all we know they could have just grabbed a random civilian. If this shit happens when Mosul is liberated then my friends and family better watch out

I do get the strange feeling that this guy was just a Sunni civilian though.

The Shi'ite militias have already established a reputation for being as brutal as IS themselves, and also the fact that most Iran-affiliated Shi'ite groups have a tendency to refer to all Sunnis as takfiris.....
