The purge has begun. Erdogan has arrested/retired over two thousand judges and constitutional court members. Around 3 thousand soldiers are arrested.

I imagine the high ranking conspirators would be punished maybe killed if they can get it through parliament but the foot soldiers I dunno, there's a lot of them. Dishonourable discharge and a prison sentence maybe?
