Should have been on her hip. Usually when you carry a firearm, you want it as close to you as possible. You have more control over it that way.
I'm a little concerned about the people saying she should always have it on her. Do people really live in a constant state of fear that requires you to be armed at all times?

While my fire extinguisher can stay at home where its actually needed. A murder can happen in a matter of seconds and it can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour for police to show up. By then, the victim has been robbed, kidnapped or murdered and the suspect/criminal has been gone for 10 minutes.
