Someone said Kasich had no charisma tonight--I don't agree, I found his elocution and general demeanor to be pretty likable. He came off down-to-earth a lot of the time. He didn't really have anything particularly witty to say, sure, but I mean...

I agree to that, he came off as someone who is speaking his mind instead of rehearsed lines.

But that's also kind of a problem. He spent most of his speaking time stuttering and flopping his way through. He made great points, but his delivery was subpar.

I can see either of those two nabbing it.

I like to believe, that the Republican delegates are smarter than the general public. Could be wrong though.

The blatant truth behind all these debates is that, until a lot of the lower-polling candidates begin to drop like flies (Pataki, Graham, Jindal, Santorum, Paul, Christie, Walker, Huckabee), we won't have a clear idea as to who is the true front runner. All of these candidates have supporters and fundraisers that are going to be needed going into Iowa, New Hampshire, and beyond.

The Republican base is so splintered right now into it's sections that it is no wonder Trump has gotten as much support as he has. As the base slowly unifies under a smaller conglomerate of people running, we'll get to know whether they want a younger generation (Rubio), a Washington outsider (Trump, Carson, Fiorina), or a Government Official

But out of Rubio if it came down to it, if I was american, I'd be inclined towards Bush.

You can see he's got a hell of a lot more marbles in his head than the previous one in office. Like I said, not sure on the names but I think it was Rubio who seemed warmongery as fuck.

Most of them all did anyway. But one of them stood out like a sore thumb. Not the kind of person you want to put up in office.

I honestly had to laugh when some of them pushed for increased focus on the military. Like, holy shit, they don't have enough military assets in the first place? You kiddin' me?

I have to admit, politics can actually be intriguing to me sometimes.
