They do not support LGBT rights and equality.
They do not support women's rights and needs [abortion, contraception coverage in health insurance, etc]
They do not support expansion or continuing welfare benefits.
They do not support immigration reform, unless you count deportation and building a bigger wall as "reform"
They do not support the ACA.

Not supporting things like gay marriage is not morally equal to be against gays. You will find LGBT people who have the same positions on LGBT rights as some Republicans, and women who have the same opinions on the place of women as some Republicans, but that's mostly a religious issue if at all substantial.

The difference here, however, is that you're slapping all of these moral consequences which imply hating a certain group of people or being indifferent to their plight instead of just criticising the policies on the basis that they don't work.

While some of those things aren't explicitly "against" whatever issue, to those who care about those issues, that's what it appears to be. It's going to be very, very difficult to win a national election with such a platform.
