WebM Support Temporarily Disabled

As many of you probably know, recently, URLs have been breaking when there's a "#" sign in them and strangely appearing when you post a hashtag. The culprit behind this was the BBCode Manager mod I installed for WebM support.

Until I can work out a solution, WebM Support is temporarily disabled. Sorry, guys.

I didn't see anyone post them outside of two threads when it was first implemented.
