We've been pretty lax, but some things just won't fly.Others fell into gray areas where the proper course of action wasn't always crystal clear.The reason for these new rules is both clarity, and the community's desire for changes.Making things more clear and fitting what people want, seems like a good move to me.

But if we only stop the outrageous events, then things will simply escalate to that level. They won't stop until we stop them ourselves.
