should be strict
I think it's fine as is. We get away with saying crazy shit to each other all the time and if not we get a verbal warning or a lock at most.

I think it's pretty good as it is, but I wouldn't be opposed against doing a poll and seeing what the community thinks.
A poll is fine, I only wish there was more community events going on(not counting game nights, I mean other types.)

If we go to the lax system we're going to have people throwing shit at each other which is going to make the site look hostile which is going to drive people off. For a small community that is loosing people we want to have more people using this site so it stays up due to more advertisement money. With the system we have in place now it makes that site look more friendly which hopefully keeps people. From what I seen in the member introduction thread a lot of the new people that post in it stopped posting before they got to 100 replies. It's either they simply don't like the site or they think we're hostile to each other. If we go to a system that would increase hostility we would probably be loosing even more people and gaining less.
With the system we have now people are getting warnings for calling others retard.
