They split the vote with the tag option. Problem is that it was equally as popular so you can't just ditch it now even if its pants-on-head dumb. I also think most people understood the thread. Psy even provided examples.

People can't read, there was a freakout, if minor, about the options available.
The wording had to be cleared up.

Ironically, all Icy did was add more words, so I don't get how he thought the people that didn't read the thread last time would read it all this time.
