Is this intended or not?

Basically, someone quotes your post, you get a notification, that works, then someone else quotes your quoted post, you get a notification, that's fine, your post is still present.
But after a few quotes, your post is no longer present, yet you still get notifications, despite obviously not being part of the ongoing conversation.

I think you should not be getting notifications if one of your posts is not present in the quote chain.

If you don't get it I can do an example.

You even get a notification for quoting someone who quoted you.
