Depends how strict.In most forums, flaming is indiscriminately against the rules. This forum allows "schoolyard insults", but from my experience, that sort of thing just kind of boils over into a bigger fight, so I don't see much conversational use of calling someone a "retard" because you thought they deserved it at the time, if it's just going to result in creating bad blood.Calling someone a "retard" as a joke would obviously still be okay, though.
