Yes it did. And it's now fixed, but the consequences of that glitch are restrictions on tall avatars. Yours is currently squished because it's more than 200px tall when it renders. Crop it a bit on the top and bottom and you should be fine.

This is fucking ridiculous. Just because some spammer thought it would be funny to use a 3000px avatar doesn't mean you have to lower the cap to 200px. It should be 400px at the least. 200 is far too fucking small, and you should know that shit.

Uh, no. At 400px it looks bad and starts to make posts look odd. I've increased the max height to 250px, but it won't be going any higher, sorry.

I actually created that in response to the fact that some people's avatars were too long and creating a lot of negative space on the forum.

One line responses were getting extremely annoying.
I could have asked for this change, and been subjected to the process, but I figured that the most apt demonstration of what a nuisance it really is was to apply it in hyperbole.

The expected response was that Cheat would place restrictions on avatar size, after all, that avatar was in every thread that Slash and I had posted in.

Well, that is ridiculous. There was literally nothing wrong with the size of my avatar. Taller avatars look so much better on a forum than bland square ones.

It creates unnecessary empty space, and just looks bad

It's just a trade for a dynamic avatar size so it applies on multiple devices without us having to render different image sizes each time.
