You don't even have a good reason to not kill yourself
I can't advocate for the things I believe in if I'm dead.
Yeah but the things you believe in are retarded and no one actually cares.
Still not a reason to kill myself. Get mad.
Except your entire philosophy revolves around not causing suffering/discomfort whether directly/indirectly. If you create a person you're are responsible for the suffering that person experiences. However if you buy this logic you must also realize that if you continue living that you will inevitably be responsible for at least as much suffering. Taking up resources so another is without, according to your very incredibly general definition of suffering, would even qualify. Not to mention the tendency of the average individual to do more harm than good just in general. In order to justify going on living you'd have to assume you are extraordinary which is an assumption I find fucking laughable.

If you refuse to follow through you take your philosophy about as seriously as I do.

I'm really glad people like you are such a small minority and all the things you want will never actually happen. This world would be a shit hole.
It's people like you who deserve to have a camera on you at all times the most.
Its people like you that should stop being a hypocrite and listen to their own philosophy about suicide.
I have no philosophy about suicide.
You don't even have a good reason to not kill yourself

Lmao, I love pure and blatant sexism

"M-muh unit cohesion"

Yup, guess we shouldn't let gays or blacks into the military, either.
There's no evidence they disrupt unit cohesion.
And there's solid, consistent evidence that women do, eh?
Yup. You should get off Tumblr once in a while.

Its quite ironic how you are so hard pressed about the lack of consent in birth but when people are born into this world you're prepared to disregard their consent entirely.
Except I've already conceded the utility of a consent-based private surveillance system, dumbass. It would be consensual outside of public places.
It should still be consensual in public places you fucking idiot.

I think it's a good way to remind us that even when you're trying to be serious on the internet, it's still just the internet.
When did I say we should make it a serious banner?

I think using your brain is a good way to remind you to not make stupid assumptions.

and it's ultimately collected for the greater purpose of maintaining national security. I would take sacrificed privacy over terror attacks and day of the week, and think it's unbelievably selfish and irrational to suggest otherwise.
Too bad you're not getting any security out of it. If you were, 12 Colorado residents would still be alive. Two Chechnyan kids wouldn't have attacked a marathon. Dylann Roof would never have been on the news.

The NSA has stopped four potential threats and allowed countless others to happen. The only successes for government spying programs have been detaining citizens who attempt to leave America to fight in the middle east for terrorist organizations.
Who says they've only stopped four threats? And what were the four threats you say they've supposedly only been responsible for preventing?
Educate yourself

Quote
In the immediate wake of the early NSA revelations, the agency’s director, General Keith Alexander, claimed the NSA surveillance had contributed to the prevention of 54 plots. But that number has been picked apart by the US media and Congress, forcing the NSA to revise it down. ProPublica have factchecked the 54 plots claim here and could only find evidence of four.
