To me it seems like either it was a hallucination from waking up the wrong way, I've had my fair share of that with weird faces, pulling on my limbs and noises. You could have also been on the verge of astral projecting which would make sense since it's such an expansive things that could happen to you like that you never really know. Or it honestly could have been some apparition trying to contact you.
