I tend to use http://choosemypc.net/ as a general guideline nowadays. That being said... ^That would be better imo. More hard drive space and a better gpu, for about the same price EDIT: (Swap out the 1x8 ram for a 2x4)

Clipping scripted At-Ats. They're already in game.
If it's a scripted animation, it'll clip through things. During actual gameplay though I imagine it'll be an AI not an animation. Hopefully...

Cortana/Halsey (Jen) aren't "hardcore lore". Neither is Buck (Nathan).
Blue Team and Mendez are probable, but my guess is Mendicant Bias.
Mendez coming back would be something I'd be excited about. (Provided 343 doesn't screw it up somehow)
The thing about Mendez is we literaly just heard his voice for the first time in #HuntTheTruth so I doubt it's him

I don't really look for if it's a yearly release, what I look for is when the game is released and if it's a good game or not and the amount of content they add. If they can manage pulling off yearly releases and still having the games be great than sure I'll buy it (most don't).

If you wanna try a MMO that's different you might wanna try EVE. It's an open world MMO and a whole lot different the the others. I enjoy it alot, it's difficult to learn though.
Sorry, but even EVE has a meta when it comes down to fleet engagements. You can't just throw together a kitchen sink and expect to take on a doctrine fleet that's around the same competency level.
The thing about that is that every fleet has a counter. You won't win most of the time in kitchen sink, but an organized fleet has a good chance. The only real 'meta' is a common doctrine. But that's always changing. For example, a couple days ago I went on a HIC fleet, never really done before. We completely destroyed one of the meta doctrines, napocs. As long as you know what you're doing you have a good chance to win against a 'meta'.
