Gaming / I can't seem to finish FF7« on: July 26, 2015, 03:24:52 AM »
What am I doing wrong? The plot and setting mesh together so well that it can be described as immersive, the characters are archetypes but still interesting and entertaining enough, and I don't know, it's just a cool game.
What is it about FF7 that is excellent but prevents it from being the best final fantasy game? 4

Inverted but then again I don't normally play games.

The reality is that it'll depend on the user and the general alignment of celestial relationships in the M83 galaxy

Someday, you'll tell yourself you'll remember
Twirling thoughts spinning in between passing lights Your idea of the future's fabric is torn asunder If only finding out what was always right Could be simple. Someday, you'll finish what you started You sit on that grassy mound overlooking the city slumbering below rocks of mercy The truth is, you're just beginning to remember, and there's something bursting from the space between clouds parted A light, surely? All the world's forgotten. 16
Gaming / Re: rate my Pokemon team (for a tournament)« on: July 26, 2015, 01:52:45 AM »
This might seem like weird advice
If I were you I'd replace Power Up Punch with either Flash Cannon or an Ice Punch In my experience, coverage moves determine the tides of battle, and Ice Punch with Metacross saved me a few times 17

Serious / Re: Does the concept of an afterlife de-value life?« on: June 06, 2015, 07:15:33 PM »
The idea of a reward after a life of suffering can be quite motivating.
Just imagine having a miserable life, with no afterlife? No reward? Even if there isn't an afterlife, I'd rather believe it exists and be incorrect then just assume it doesn't exist from lack of evidence. 21
Serious / Re: Why am I a Keynesian?« on: June 06, 2015, 07:11:18 PM »
Maybe I'm mistaken, but the idea rooted behind Keynesianism is that money, and therefore value, can be created from nothing. This way, infinite wealth for x number of people is theoretically possible. Yet I still think this ongoing growth of the modern day fiat money system is unsustainable in some way.
