The Flood / Why I'm seriously beginning to dislike the black population

Honestly, I think this needs to be addressed. We shouldn't be beating around the bush anymore, and just come to understand that some people are definitely more predisposed to violence than others. I was talking about how Muslims and Islam were to blame for a lot of the violence in the middle east, but a friend of mine managed to shed some light on the subject and really turn my view around.
Now I'm honestly focusing more on domestic issues, because I find that more interesting. And seriously, the black population is starting to piss me off. I usually argue against the idea that it's just because they're black is wrong, and that it's a cultural or environmental thing. But think about it, they chose to assemble over the centuries in those types of groups. When slavery ended, everybody was free, and they were allowed to be integrated into our culture no problem. What do they do? They stick together (Understandably), and end up forming some of the most crime-ridden sections of the nation. The white population that immigrated to America suffered a similar situation (Oppression, labor, etc), and they managed to form a perfectly sensible, civilized group.
Look at these statistics. First, we find that during the 2012/2013 period, blacks committed an average of 560,600 violent crimes against whites, whereas whites committed only 99,403 such crimes against blacks." This is a serious problem, and it has to be addressed. Why are black people so much more violent than other races?

Also is the issue of the black incarceration rates. This is something that honestly can't be reasoned with by people trying to defend blacks.

I've been doing a lot of reading about this recently because of the whole "Black Lives Matter" campaign, and I even saw one of the protests at NCSU. It got pretty violent, and I remember the whole group barging into the library and disturbing literally everybody trying to study because they needed to voice how they felt oppressed. If black people didn't commit so many crimes, they wouldn't be suffering from stereotyping. But they are.
From what I've read, it honestly seems like an ancestral thing. You look at Africa, you look at what they accomplished, and then you look at other parts of the world. Why? How come the people living in other regions, of a different race, were able to accomplish so much that the other population couldn't?
What do you guys think?
