Why? We've already mastered the ways of the aircraft carrier and with our ridiculous military budget, it shouldn't be a problem to build. So why hasn't the Pentagon taken the idea seriously? Modern carriers are extremely vulnerable to enemy attack subs, but a submarine aircraft carrier could stealthily pass enemy defenses and make it's way to the enemies' shores and quickly launch aircraft in a surprise attack. So why do we prefer surface carriers over submersible ones?

I'm not hating on Kiyo or anything but seriously, what was your reasoning when you made Kiyo a moderator, Cheat? Because it's obvious you never saw the amount of cancerous garbage he would spam on Bnet day in and day out. He still even does it to some degree. What with the constant bashing of Jews/Israel and America being just the tip of the iceberg. Not to mention the daily spam of AMA threads and 'goodnight flood' threads every night.
