Thats easy, jupiter. If it could support life.
Its massive.  And has 63 moons. Or sixty something, id put all the douche bags an exiles on one. A jail moon of sorts. Id have a vacation moon. A party moon. A zero grav fully oxygenated party moon. A moon that is marketed as the coolest moon, an is exclusive. An once accepted you have to stay for three months of amazing. But its really.another jail moon. And bait for brobags.
Itd be a genious unfavorable person filtering system. Eventually leaving one or.two moons full of like minded people. And true.peace would be found. 
Either that or just, like minded moons. So youd never facepalm again
Possibilities are endless

Those self righteous, pious, nerdy, hypocritical, op ninjas that ruined some of the best jokes ive ever lit someone up with, thats why.  That and I heard there may or may not be nudies of this gal im in love with. And never even seen a picture of. Or talked to.
I know the nudie part was bait. But it was clever and I appreciate good marketing.
