I made a post about completely straight, heterosexual buttsecks, and then some coomer had to come along and make it weird. Why have gay and homosexuality things like this become so popular recently? Calling someone gay used to be an insult and not it's a proud threat in jest to act belittle someone. I think it's social engineering through the government agencies. Part of an agenda. Is buttsecks a basic need? 8

The Flood / Re: Godzilla vs. Kong« on: May 06, 2021, 11:58:58 AM »I enjoyed KoTM more than any of the other movies.Reviews don't look so goodSame issues that they had with KoTM, people who never had an active interest in the idea of big monsters fighting each other confused on what they want out of this movie. This movie is exactly what its fans want: a big lizard and a big monkey beating the shit out of each other. If people want boring character drama in a giant monster movie they have the 2014 Godzilla which got so much (justified) shit for barely showing its titular character. 17

The foot stuff was gross. NO like. Didn't read because all I saw was footstuff and it made me uneasy. It would be nice if Azula had her own Cinderella story where she was rescued from her broken soul and had a happy ending with a male partner.

The Flood / Re: The Concept of Widespread Fully Immersive Virtual Reality« on: February 09, 2021, 06:54:42 PM »I don't know what the technology would be like. I understand though. Still, it would be fun.I mean, the software layer. It will be done in a safe way. People are smart. I don't even know how a virus would survive in living tissue. At least in that case you would know that its designed and tested for entertainment. What I'm talking about is someone injecting a virus into a piece of software that leads to unexpected things or worse - hurts the player. Think of it like a patch for Tesla that screws up the auto-pilot feature on purpose or a firmware update for someone's pace-maker that makes you have arrhythmic heart-beats or straight up kills you on purpose. While the possibilities are very exciting - first and foremost for people with disabilities. We can give blind people sight and deaf people hearing.I think what would be more spooky would be horror games. Masochism on another level. 23

The Flood / Re: The Concept of Widespread Fully Immersive Virtual Reality« on: February 08, 2021, 12:49:25 PM »I mentioned the servers being open for only a portion of the week specifically to keep people from having their lives taken over by virtual reality. Ready Player One had it right. I don't think it would be like Ghost in the Shell. While the possibilities are very exciting - first and foremost for people with disabilities. We can give blind people sight and deaf people hearing.Much as I hate SAO for being derivative on other series who've handled literally every concept better, it is the most main stream example. There's only so much immersion before this 'game' has the potential to take over your life. Then we get into Ghost in the Shell's superior perspective where reality itself has the potential to 'break', leaving you in a sort of limbo where nothing is at it seems and anyone could be fucking with you at any moment, because you have no actual control. Who's to say they can't reinvent your life from the ground up, forcing every fear and failure you've ever experienced to wear you down, and so you find yourself in an endless loop of torment because of some monsters? 27

It may have already happened but the curtain hasn't been drawn back yet.Topic with a lot of broad angles to talk about. I could see it being beneficial for medical reasons, quite a bit actually. Anybody dealing with anxiety or needing therapy of some kind. I can also see it being abused or addictive however. If internet and social media is any indicator, there's your proof. And I can't even begin to fathom the long term diseases that'd crop up.It still must be done. It would be fun. All the anime for people who are into it. 29

Elon Musk is going the route of an implant about the diameter of a coin.So does our Steam lord https://www.theverge.com/2021/1/25/22248202/gabe-newell-valve-brain-computer-interface-bci-meat-peripheralsI think the next step now is direct interface with the brain. So you pass all sensory information directly to the brain.Elon Musk is already working on that. |
