Why can't I have both like I do now?
But if I had to choose, alcohol. If I'm smoking weed I'm still getting dem carcinogens. Eating weed (or resin cubes, whatever), on the other hand...
I remember when I had a weed brownie. It kicked in during chemistry lab.

Die.
But I love you.
Not you <.<
I'd rather die than ingest either substance, because I have a few crossed wires >_> I don't mind others using them, in moderation that is <.<
Oh, haha I see what you mean. Yeah I don't fault you for that at all, because it's healthier in the long run.

Eh, I drink once in a while, and it's pretty nice. Mainly whiskey, scotch, and ouzo. Thank god I'm not one of those people to drinking after a single drink.
I usually drink vodka or gin. Whiskey and other brown drinks always make me feel sick. But I won't partake again unless I"m at a party or something.

I only speak English. I tried learning Spanish in high school but my knowledge faded due to me not using it. I may take up Spanish again with rosetta stone or some classes.

I gave up drinking for a while (since november of last year) and tried drinking some crown and coke yesterday. Well I threw up the next morning four or five times. It reminded me why I quit. And the weird thing is, I'm not even the legal age yet.

His acting isn't really that good. Then again maybe he just got bad rolls and this could make him shine. He was good in Pursuit of Happyness but I don't thinks it's hard to play a son when your dad is in the leading roll.

I wish I had 1 billion United States dollars in my bank account that can't be confiscated by the IRS and taxed by the local and federal government. Or to just be the smartest person in the world but I feel like that carries a lot of burdens.

You must sleep, all of you.
Only if you're keeping the bed warm for me.
Always
So can anyone join this?

4:34 here. Drinking a whiskey coke right now, first alcoholic drink I've had since 2014. I have like an eighth of weed but I'm taking a tolerance break, and being bored as hell I figured I'd just drink some booze like old times with pals. I totally have summer classes next week so I'm just getting stuff out of my system.

not sure that was the original intention when LSD was initially synthesized, but I know that the CIA did use it as a sort of "truth serum" on people.
they used LSD in mind control experiments. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_MKUltra LSD was originally discovered by accident.
Makes you wonder what projects they're up to these days.

I fucked up. It was synthesized by a swiss and the CIA tried to use it for mind control. The 20th century was fucked up mane.

If I recall correctly it was to improve soldier's performance. So how did it work out for them?

Actively looking. Applies to Office Depot, target, Home Depot, and Walmart. Hope to hear from somebody. Although I'll keep looking regardless. There's always something out there.

I'm surprised South Park hasn't gotten as bad as Family Guy has in the length it's been on.
>implying Family Guy is worse than South Park
its much worse lol
lolno
South Park is the bottom of the barrel. Family Guy is actually watchable.
I disagree, lad.
Family Guy up to season 5 was great to me. Then it just started doing the same things.
"We now return to *insert TV show*" every beginning of the ep
Same things isn't always a bad thing, especially when those things are consistently entertaining and funny.
SP is just grating and annoying.
I like family guy as much as the next guy, but the formula they have makes it so episodes can't really progress well. That's why I like American Dad more because the cutaway jokes don't slow down the story. South Park is always a good watch to me though. Keeps me interested each episode and it's usually hilarious at how they poke at social issues.

I don't remember the last time I watched that show.
The last season wasn't that good. It was alright, but a lot of it was wasted with that whole black friday thing they were doing.
the black friday thing was in season 17
Oh damn, I don't know why I was thinking it was in 18. But 18 had good episodes. Hit and miss I guess.

I really don't see a logical reason to cast him. Surely they knew this would happen. It doens't add to the story, it causes confusion about their family, and it caused backlash. They gained nothing from it.
To be fair, they get to use this guy (below) as Franklin Storm, and he's an awesome actor (though for some reason now their dad is some awesome scientist, and all the team members look like teenagers).
So the dad is black and the mom is white, but the son is black and the daughter is white?
I assume so. I don't know who's playing the mother. They could've just had him adopted, too.
They could have avoided all of this. I still like the actor anyway, so I'll still watch the movie. I won't pay though, I'll sneak in.

They could be potentially wasting a lot of money. There's a pattern where the party in office switches almost with each new president. People have already expressed their dislike for the Obama administration and like always, the party in power is to blame for problems. Regardless it's pretty unfair since the candidate with the most money tends to do well in the race. It's disappointing

People actually eat at McDonald's?
"From that humble start as a small restaurant, we're proud to have become one of the world's leading foodservice retailers in more than 100 countries, with more than 36,000 restaurants serving approximately 69 million people every day."
"69 million people"
"every day."
That's sad, considering McDonalds is shit.
How is any of this surprising when McDonalds has been popular literally everywhere for decades?

No.
The only massively exploited resource at risk now is Oil, which depending on which company or institution you subscribe to can tell you we either have or haven't reached the peak of oil production: (Hubbert's Peak, named after the dude who first thought of it in the 50's)
If there's anything to be fought over, it will be energy before water.
You people realize you don't have to seriously respond to Sentra, right? It's always been like that.
I just default give a serious answer on serious... assuming the OP was giving a serious discussion, like everyone should on his board.
He wasn't. Sentra likes to impersonate people, I think he did that to dustin once too.
I'm being dead serious, Rose. It's a legitimate question and I wanted to see what people's thoughts were on the subject and if there will be a war over resources like water or oil.
Uh huh. It's summer, find something productive to do with your life.
Not for me, it ain't. :^(

Total peace will be attainable when we transcend human nature as a result of technology.
Or an AI kills us all. . .
Hmm, the concept of transhumanism is a good one. I question though if transhumansm will make us better at war or prevent war.
transcending humanity doesn't necessarily mean transhumanism though
i'd love to transcend humanity, but i don't exactly jive with the whole transhumanism thing
also, you can't be "better" at war--that's just silly
I meant more effecient. Better weapons, better strategies, better resources, all that stuff. Perhaps transhumanism won't catch on beyond a few medical necessities, I wouldn't really mind either way. But I feel like it seems inevitable (maybe not in a sci fi sense) as technology advances.

I support it. It's the least they could do.
The least they could do is build a monument with public money to a criminal?
You see him as a criminal, whereas they see him as another victim of police violence. It's essentially both. I probably would have chose another guy to be honest, but I get it.
How is he a victim when the evidence attests to the fact that he tried to grab a cop's gun?
I'm not too hot on the police myself, but to suggest he was a victim of police brutality when all the evidence suggests otherwise is nothing short of fallacious.
Im skeptical that he attempted to grab a cops gun. I'll do more research since I forgot most of the details and I'm sure more came out. We'll see, mate.

That doens't seem cringe, just a misunderstanding. Most cringe thing to happen to me was calling the dude in the drive through ma'am. But still, didn't seem really cringe.
