Knowing you have another journey after you die is a pretty big deal, especially since the afterlife (hypothetically) has unknown properties. To answer the question, yes it does devalue life but that doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing. Because people live their lives well to enter the desired afterlife.

In the grand scheme of things religion does require knowledge. It's essentially created to fill in the unknowns. Logic dictates that something has to come from something, and religion establishes that in terms of our universe whereas science claims it formed from a singularity. But both have the same outcome. God is also a singularity because he has no beginning.

I doubt it will be normalized, but it'll help transsexual people feel more comfortable. But trans people are pretty rare, but it makes sense considering people aren't meant to be that way.

The buildings and streets are poorly maintained because the city doesn't give enough of a fuck to repair them. I live in the hood and you never see sneakers on power lines. Most of the cars are either from the 90's or are brand new, for some strange reason.

Do you even have anything that can show at 4K? Because if not, then it's completely pointless.
I said the same thing nine years ago about not getting a 1080p TV. Wouldn't it make sense to just get it now while I'm shopping for a new TV instead of opting for a 1080p? 4K content is sort of scarce but I might as well future proof.
4K TVs will drop significantly in price when 4K becomes the standard in a few years.
Get a good 1080p TV for a lot less.
I guess you're right. I'll just buy a pax 2 instead and wait on the TV.
