SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED
As little as the constitution matters to me, I do think it should be noted that, in US law, this is really the most powerful argument against extreme regulation. There are lots of things that could infringe without totally banning.

That is, if the constitution matters to you.
I'd just like to point out that the phrase "a well regulated militia" is very prominent within the Second Amendment.

Occam's Razor. These arguments both commit a lot of assumptions. I don't even know what the latter post is even trying to convey.

Nothing.

There is however, something wrong with a completely unregulated, unmonitored accessibility to firearms.

I find the lyrics far more distasteful than the imagery.

Hmm, that guy was gonna have a gig at my Student's Union, but I think there's some sort of campaign to not have him here anymore.

Ah well, don't know him anyway. On a scale of Light hearted humour to Franky Boyle, how "shocking" is his material?
Absolutely no where near Frankie Boyle tier. He's practically Barry Chuckle compared to him. Sure, he makes the occasional vulgar "I'd bang her ahyuck hyuck kno what i mean ;^)" joke, but that's about as far is he goes. The furthest boundary I've ever seen him cross is like one rape joke he made.

http://www.itv.com/news/update/2014-11-10/itv-decides-not-to-continue-dapper-laughs-show/
For those of you that don't know, 'Dapper Laughs' is a TV show which depicts some random bellend that goes about making shit jokes about having sex with women. Essentially he's the UK equivalent of a glorified frat boy for you burgerclaps.

Now, I don't particularly find him very funny, but I'm going to support him anyway because I don't think his show being lynched by the politically correct mob that basically want everything on TV to be silhouette cardboard cut outs, was warranted. Entertainment and art is supposed to be the appropriate venue for those kinds of thoughts to be vented, not stifled. Nothing will ever be enough for these fucking crybabies.

Lol FCKH8 are hypocritical twat nuggets. Their support of women's rights ends where transgender issues begin. Supposedly they've spewed a lot of transphobic rhetoric recently.

I don't necessarily view it as a "moral obligation" but it's definitely something that is required for the basic functioning of society.

Saying that, I don't pay taxes, so I'm speaking from inexperience here.

Except they DO have control over the situation.
Through expulsion essentially

Quote
They can either get their kid under control, or leave.
Easier said than done Max.

Quote
Literally nobody wants to listen to a baby throw a tantrum or scream.
If you can't handle a child throwing a little strop in public which deeply disturbs your tranquil shopping state for a couple minutes, then you really shouldn't be out in public in the first place. Get your shopping delivered or something.

Quote
If the parent has the ability to remedy the situation in one form or another, they should.
If this were the case than parents would literally be unable to go anywhere with their children.

Not saying the punch was justified, but sometimes you can't just shut up a screaming child at the flip of the switch. The majority of the time you just have to ignore their behaviour, which a lot of people don't seem to understand.
And if that's the case, you should remove yourself and your child from the store. Anyone else making a scene would be asked to leave just the same.
lol

You are aware that children act like that out of their own volition, right? Their mental and behavioural faculties aren't fully developed yet. They aren't aware that is unacceptable conduct in public.
Yes, that's exactly why a parent should remove their disruptive child from the area. It's called being a decent human being.
So you're essentially saying that parents should be kicked out of shops because of circumstances they have no control over, yes?

on checkouts.
What's that like?
It's not really stressful, but it gets pretty boring after a couple hours. It's shit working weekends because there's always underage twats that try to get their grannies/mums to buy them alcohol, so according to the law I have to challenge them for ID, and they ALWAYS give me shit for it.

There was a fire alarm today because the bakery bellends somehow managed to set a box on fire. That was pretty entertaining for 45 minutes
