If you manage your expectations and hype then it'll probably make the experience more enjoyable. Going in expecting a universe sized MMO with an immersive adventure is probably the wrong way of approaching the game.

Depends entirely on the context, really.

Releasing private information and inciting violence? Sure.

Calling the police because someone on the street called you a landwhale? Nah.

The one reason I want to try this out is so I can see how shitty the combat system REALLY is.

It doesn't seem like anyone likes it except Witcher fans.
It's got a steep learning curve which can put off entry level players but it really isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. If you gave up on the game because of combat then you're just shit, no two ways about it really.

I never bothered playing Witcher 1 & 2, Witcher 3 was my first for the series and I absolutely adored it.

Recent impressions I'm getting is that it's more of a survival game than an exploration one. Depending on whether you like that thing or not, you're going to putting more hours into farming minerals and upgrading technology than you are actually exploring the galaxy it seems.

The Empire Strikes Back. When it was initially released, it received mixed reviews from critics.

Thankfully, it is now recognized as one of the greatest films of all time, as it should be.
Y'know, I used to adore this film, and yeah, the critics were nowhere near the ballpark at the time, but idk if it warrants the critical acclaim it's recently gotten anymore. I mean it's a good film, don't get me wrong, just not the masterpiece it's made out to be. If you try not to look at it through the prism of nostalgia you'll begin to notice all it really did was reinvigorate the medieval knight's tale, with a twist.

Edit: Finished it about an hour ago. That was some good shit. Felt a bit long though.
Yeah not entirely sure what the point of the father's story arc was. Individualism or something? Felt like they could've cut that entire section out and focused on detective Loki more.

Y'know, if you're going to present a thread in this professional non partisan manner, at least actually make the thread like that. The economic implications post Brexit, while should be taken seriously, are for the most part, overstated and simply just speculation at this point. You've cherry picked the most pessimistic predictions and presented them as concrete fact, which is a pretty disingenuous way of conveying information on this topic to anyone uneducated.

While I'm certainly not contesting the contentions of economic experts, it's paramount to include the contrasting points of view as well:

Whiplash
Frank
The Lobster (bit of an acquired taste this one)
Killing Them Softly
Chopper
Dope
The Guest
Enemy
Prisoners
Sicario

Denis Villeneuve is a GOAT tier director and it is essential you check out the last three I listed. He's directing the new Blade Runner too.

Get back to your echo chamber.

Explain with legitimate criticism.

bvs was ass.

poor pacing, boring characters, cheesy dialogue and unclear character motivations
That's literally IM2 in a nutshell.

>vodka electro man hates stark for some reason because his dad died idfk
>significant portion of the movie depicting how fucked up Stark is after the accident, wow yes we get it, he has limited time left to please stop using 40 minutes of the film to keep reminding us of this
>that sam rockwell line delivery
>pepper potts still being relevant to the movie somehow

Everything you can criticise BvS for is doubly true for like 2/3rds of the Iron Man franchise.

no one's denying that

but there are more redeemable qualities in the iron man movies than there are in bvs
Such as? I honestly for the life of me can't recall anything memorable about IM2.

there are no BvS-tier trainwrecks in the mcu.

>it's a "people think the RT score represents how much critics like it" episode

This is why you can have lacklustre films like Thor 2 and IM3 hit the 70s-80s range. Doesn't mean they're actually good films, just that 70 to 80 percent of critics enjoyed or at least found them passable. It's kind of a dumb system to gauge movie quality on.
