You should probably spoiler them. Be considerate of mobile users and people with poor person Internet.

We should just have a Star Wars forum honestly.
That would be a terrible idea. Because once the film hits and it sucks it will die.

Then couldn't a mod lock the thread when it dies?

7568

Ummmm why not remove the power cord and battery? I could literally take the lock and safety lock off and pull out battery in 3 seconds.

It seems as though you've had to do this before.
Or extremely prepared.
yeah I'm a crafty bitch. I take my privacy seriously. It's not my parents business to know what their 19 year old daughter does. Prying or straight out violating my privacy is srsly just going to destroy our trust and our relationship. I know they don't respect my privacy anyway so I'll just make sure it doesn't get to that point.
I know that feeling.
I'm an only child and they were on top of me constantly (don't be a prude)

Trying to keep my web identity hidden from them was a chore. They couldn't monitor from another computer because they were pretty much internet illiterate, but they would access my computer when I wasn't home and made me give my passwords up "or else no internet".

Obviously I didn't want them to read my 13 year old fagfanfiction. So I managed to break my laptop to where everything was only accessible through the task manager.

Problem solved.
lol. Sounds like my parents. Except my dad know how to use computers a bit more. There's some friction between us about the whole internet thing. But fuck I'm 19 and I'll be damned before another adult comes along and tells me what I can or can't do online. I'm so done with them.
Well that's never fun that's why I moved out lol
lucky you

You'll get there too. I'm also 23 lol

Good point. At the end the boy stated that his mother tried to trap him in his room while he went in to grab his school things, and he said that he had to shove her out of the way in self defense. Forcing someone against their will like that is a form of kidnapping (at least where I live).
Her emotional reactions allude to psychological abuse, so yes it was wrong of me to state child abuse was present without proof. I should not make accusations without evidence.
Thank you.

>implying I have any rights living in the communist reich of Europe

But in all seriousness, I never had to do much flexing of my rights. Never met any police officer that was in any way trying to intimidate me or keep me down. All of them seemed like genuinely good cops and were extremely friendly to me.

I would love to some day visit Europe and see for myself not only the social culture but how the police act. In America if you look suspicious you will be watched and most likely approached my police.

Serious / Flex Your Rights
« on: April 19, 2015, 02:53:04 AM »
In America there has seemed to be an ever growing presence of police-state like behaviors within our government.
The people have noticed and have begun flexing their rights.

There are tons of videos posted about how rights are being violated by police and how they stand up for their rights
because while educating yourself by knowing your constitutional rights you begin to see the violations law authorities make. In order to prove what was happening they began to video tape police while they were being pulled over.

There was a lot of controversy at first because of ignorance.
Some police didn't want to be filmed and tried to say it was not legal to film authorities,
we obviously know that it is completely legal to film police officers.

YouTube

Now I am not coming here just to state a known fact,
I want to share this video of a young boy (14) who stood up for his rights.
Sorry the video is a long one.
YouTube

...but here's a summary!
His parents are divorced, and his mother (who has custody) is abusive.
He finally has enough and tells his dad he wants to live with him.
When his dad brings the boy and his brother back to his mother and step-father's home the boy refuses to get out of the car.
The dad states that he can get out anytime he wants and that he was not forcing him to stay.
The mom calls the cops after going through a whirlwind of two-faced emotions.
She thinks that because she has custody of her son the cops will make her son get out of the car by force.
Well it backfires and the police take the boy's side and stand up for his rights.
The mom even said she wanted to press charges against her son because of an incident that happens where she refuses to remove her arm from the window because the boy didn't want to hear his mother belittling him.
Happy ending because the boy got to go home with the dad and the police go on to say that if she tried calling it in as a kid napping they would disregard her call.

How do you flex your rights?

I'm am very sensitive to what I call the Spiritual Realm and have been since I was a little girl.

People are sensitive to different things. There are a good number of people who can "see" music.
Apparently when I play piano, my teacher sees a bright red aura around me.

Chords have colors, notes have colors. Loud music is painful because the colors are too bright.

Our brains and perceptions are pretty incredible, but so unknown at the same time.

You are now my favorite.
Beautifully said.

The Flood / To Creepy Pasta or To NOT Creepy Pasta?
« on: April 19, 2015, 12:23:10 AM »
I tried looking through the rules and such (n00b) to figure out if a creepypasta gif thread would be welcomed or banned.

"2. Graphic Content (Strict Moderation)
Sexual/Shock/Gore images and videos must remain in Anarchy only.
War Clips and Images, and similar graphic content with Political/Religious discussion value, must be posted in Serious with a clear NSFW tag in the title.
NSFW responses in safe-for-work (SFW) threads are not allowed, due to spoiler problems on Taptatalk
NSFW threads (including sex role-plays, sex stories, Cheerio threads, etc.) that do not include photos or videos are allowed in The Flood, so long as the thread is distinguished as being NSFW. Responses in these threads do not need to be in spoiler tags."

Now does Shock/Gore include fake blood and pg-13 jump scares?
The following is an example of such
http://giphy.com/gifs/nightmares-creepypasta-go-to-sleep-WFmUkOhI4wcbC

I'm sorry if this violates the rules I'm just trying to figure out the boundries.
I welcome Trolls

Well in the city I live in the cops are very respectable probably because they have real crime to deal with like shootings, bomb threats, and theft. Although I'm probably bias because they come into my coffee shop every day and we give them free coffee. They are always there for us when we have questions or concerns about our customer and always look out for us especially when there are only females working they wait outside to make sure we get to our cars safely.

Pornhub is sending a brand new computer to a man who smashed his laptop to stop his mum catching him watching porn.

The teen, identified only as Denzel, made headlines when he tweeted a picture of a smashed laptop screen under the words ‘Mum was walking up the stairs and Pornhub decided to freeze, I had no other choice’ followed by three crying emojis.

But Denzel can dry his eyes after Pornhub announced that they would sending him a brand new computer for being a loyal fan.

According to Pornhub, situations like Denzel’s are commonplace with users.

‘We got wind of what happened to Denzel and his laptop over the last few days, and realize that this is a common, yet tragic modern day mis-FAP of the average Pornhub fan,’ said Vice President Corey Price.

‘It’s also a serious blow to everyone who enjoys the privacy of a good w*** within the security of their rooms.

‘We appreciate Denzel’s loyalty, as well as his clear sense of judgment in picking our site as a digital destination for some adult oriented R&R. As a result, we would like to send him a brand new laptop alongside some awesome Pornhub swag to use for his continued pleasure.’

Lel.

Wait... He's a teen and they're sending him a new laptop and "pornhub swag"... Isn't that like soliciting adult content to a minor?
