Highlight of the day was kind of depressing today, literally. >.>
I was discussing mental illness with my group in a video class. Pretty heavy stuff.

Oh the feels! In my last social psychology class I broke out in tears because of the reality unfolding in front of me.
That's intriguing.
No tears with us. Just a very thoughtful discussion about it.
I was diagnosed bipolar and adhd when I was 18.
Understanding the processes and then trying to internalize the understanding of my diagnosis. I began to self psychoanalyze myself to try and find a path to fixing it. That class hit my heart deep!
Self psychoanalyzing almost never works. Going to see a therapist like a psychologist is generally the best idea =/
Oh I know I have a psychologist that I see. I wouldn't be a good student if I didn't practice what I preached.

4th, i talked to my friend a bit, it was cool.
