Henlo.
I might be getting a position in the IT department at my work... I'm nervous, and excited, and then nervous again.
I'm just anxiously awaiting their decision. They told me they would tell me last Monday, but the decision has been a hard one for them to make. Luckily, I have someone who is on the inside who talks to me every day, and he told me that I am in the top three, and there are 2 positions available. They're hesitant because 1) I am a girl (this is a group of all guys), 2) They don't know if I can actually do the job, and 3) I've never had an IT job before, but they know I'm the best at my current job troubeshooting terminals over the phone.
I can't wait to hear back from them... even then I'm nervous about getting the job because a lot of weight will be on my shoulders.
If I don't get the job I can will be interning with them... so either way they will be seeing more of me...

CBD is just one of many cannabinoids which have medicinal properties, but the most important thing about CBD is it doesn't get you high.
This is true. It also won't show up on a drug test unless you take 1,000mg a day and that's SUPER excessive. Unless you use it to control seizures

Definitely! I don't have as many depressing thoughts, although my depression is not gone it's just a lot better than it was.

I heard that weight lifting exercises can be helpful against anxiety. I also know from my body that waking up at the same time and having breakfast gives a lot of energy for the rest of the day.
Thank you! Yes I tend to wake up around the same time everyday. Even on my days off I don't sleep in just to keep my sleep cycle in check.

So I have always had bad anxiety and emotional issues since I'm bipolar and ADHD (and my doctor recently threw in general anxiety disorder in there too), but I have been sick of using all the pills and drugs that honestly just screw you over in long run (i.e. my dad going catatonic when he quit lexapro after 15 years). CBD oil was only recently legalized in my state, and I had read online how it reduces anxiety, depression, and mood swings. Stores around me started carrying it and so I decided to purchase some and I started taking it daily orally and I bought a separate vial to vape. Now don't worry Verby it doesn't get me high. I able to function and it actually helps me focus, and control my emotions better. I actually feel more confident and more sure of myself. I take one to two droppers a day. I prefer taking it in the morning, because it makes my brain very active with thoughts and ideas, but if I have had an emotionally rough day I will take a 2nd dropper in the evening usually 2-3 hours before bed. The dropper is 1 mL, and there is 37mg of concentrated CBD oil per 1 mL. I have two types of CBD. One that is meant to be put under the tongue, and another one that can be vaped, or put under the tongue. The Vape CBD oil only has about 17mg per 1mL, and it takes sometime to vape that. The main reason why I bought the vape was to quit smoking, and I've been cigarette free for 3 weeks, and nicotine free for about a week and a half!  The CBD vape helped with the terrible withdraws and mood swings. The mood swings and irritability were the main reasons I always had an issue with quitting smoking. Honestly, CBD oil is amazing. It helps with emotional control (depression, anxiety, mood swings), inflammation, lowers the risk of diabetes and heart disease, reduces chronic pain, helps with IBS, and a whole heap of other things. I didn't believe it until I started taking it, and I plan on continuing. Just wanted to share since I know a lot of you on here partake in the devil's lettuce. <3

Also make up is a great way to express yourself. I mainly stick to reds and golds, but recently I have been experimenting with nudes and cool tones. Get some highlighter you can use it to emphasize the inside corners of your eyes and underneath your brow lines. The most important part of make up is having the right equipment to apply your make up. So maybe look into investing in a brush set?

Because you're the top performer of the year and you know the information better than them, and it'd be inconvenient if you started thinking of quitting because they tore you down. They probably knew before you even walked in that you wouldn't get the promotion no matter what you told them.
They have other positions in mind for me. Even possibly the same position in a couple of months. They don't really ever plan things well here.

Compared to other friends I have, yeah. She's a little flirtatious at times, though it could just be the way she is. We always joke around and tease each other. Nothing obvious.
I don't want to ruin what we already have, so will never say anything to her.
Well then you've friendzoned yourself. You have to ask yourself do you actually have feelings for her, or is it just infatuation?
