ORIGINAL 151 ONLY PLS Who was/are your favorite original Pokemon, and why were/are they your favorite Pokemon?Here's my list in no particular order. Growlithe became one of my favorite pokemon after watching the episode "Growlie" which was about James' childhood Pokemon Growlithe who ran away. IIRC I cried when I was a kid because the episode was so touching. What can I say? Haunter is spooky and wacky just like me :3 it's like my spirit animal (cringe accepted) Vulpix has been one of my favorites since the beginning. Is that really a surprise though? Scyther was one of the harder Pokemon to catch in Pokemon Snap (at least it was for me). I remember me and my friends used to pretend that we were Scythers and would hack at the tall grass with sticks. Yes we were losers, but we had fun being losers. Probably one of the saddest Pokemon Pokedex entries of the original Pokemon. "A Lonely Pokémon. It wears its mother's skull as a helmet--for this reason, no one has ever seen its face. It sometimes sees its departed mother's face in the full moon, which causes it to grow sad and cry. The stains on the skull are tracks of its tears. When it cries, the skull shakes and emits a mournful sound. When it levels up, it evolves into Marowak."
How could you not love such a lonely Pokemon? Plus Cubone is pretty bad ass.
