Calm down, it's okay. The forum was always going to slow down after the initial influx of members. This place doesn't need to compete with Bungie.net in activity, and it would never be able for it anyway.

Well, sorry for making a legitimate recommendation since you guys are saying you are too lazy to literally click one button.
I was literally the only person who said that, why accuse the entire forum? I know someone had brought this suggestion up before EXACTLY... suggestion This was a suggestion. Why should it matter if ONE person casually dismisses it? It sounds like you were trying to force this on everyone, not suggest it as something nice to do. This feature should be implemented into the site at some point , if anything. Rather than using tags intended for...spoilers. And another thing, how are the threads loading slow for you here? Even with my shitty internet (dropping to speeds of 0.5mbps at times) on my shitty slow tablet, the music thread takes less than 5 seconds to load all the videos on a page.

I'm reluctant to like this thread... "Zizzy likes Flashing children"...

Am I the only one who sees this as being beneficial?
No, but I doubt everyone would be willing to go out of their way to make the pages load a little bit faster. I know I'm sure as hell too lazy.

The word "average" can be used to denote the mean, median or mode.

Now you're both just members. Weird.
Edit: now you're ascended. WHAT IS HAPPENING?!
My title has gone ballistic, I'm jumping two ranks at a time. Posting spree now too.

Attention whore threads =/= meatspin. your logic is flawed. These threads aren't breaking any of the rules, meatspin would be.
That was just an example. What about common spam?

Would Recon or Duardo have banned people for this on B.net?
Yes, parody threads were unquestionably a bannable offense on Bungie.old. I was given 2 weeks for my first violation.

You're asking me to ban people for jumping on a bandwagon.
Think about that for a second.
I'd have to ban almost every member. Everyone jumps on some sort of bandwagon at some point.
This reasoning doesn't make any sense. You can't ban someone for the simple reason of "jumping on a bandwagon". But you also can't deliberately NOT ban people for jumping on a bandwagon. What if people started posting meatspin threads for a few days? "Well, it's only a bandwagon", right? I'm not calling for the ban of these people, but I agree with the OP that these threads are getting tiresome.

Everyone that participates in an online forum is seeking attention in one form or another.
I think he's complaining about the extent to which people are seeking attention.
