It's not about victim blaming. It's about creating an extremely perverted culture. It's actually hilarious you bring up Spain as something which helps your point when it destroys it completely. I've lived there. It is of one of the MOST sexist places I've ever been to in my life. From how women are treated, to TV commercials, to the beaches where they take their tops off in front of kids and just about everybody else. I've experienced this shit, which is why I know it's fucking gross and creates a really sexist and perverted society.
There's a big difference between women exposing their breast and people exposing what's between their legs. Using that argument is exactly the same as hoe the right wing use the pedo argument to scarmonger people away from supporting same-sex marriage. I've been to Spain too, the beaches were not sexist at all. Allowing a woman to take her bra off on a beach or by the pool is far less sexist than countries like the UK and the US arresting women for "indecent exposure". I agree that not everyone should have to look at topless women but they don't have to in the first place, they can simply not look.
