Spoiler If I'd posted an execution video from syria, then of course that would be out of order. If I posted a beheading one from Iraq, then no shit that's wrong. But posting a mobile phone footage of a mortar backfiring and simply having a large bang is no more graphic than this gif that Kiyo posted a while back.  It's not the exact same gif but it's essentially the same scene. You can't really compare real life footage to a film.

Woah Kiyo I'm going to completely disagree with what you're doing. The rules state for no shock videos which would contain some kind of gore and blood. There was none of that in those videos and you can't come to the consensus that anyone died in those videos.
