It's a great mix of RPG and shooter, don't let the naysayers deceive you. It has PLENTY of RPG elements that effect everything, and blends down into even the shooter elements.
Dumbing down of skills No weapon/armor degradation No Karma Choices with no middle. Either good or bad, no in-between It's a good game. But it's the least RPG-ish Fallout to date.

It does have frequent updates. The only problem is they're all the same now and people are getting tired of it. And people aren't buying Sqeenix's reason of "We have a small team" anymore.
That's why more people are leaving and staying gone. I feel after they struck gold with ARR, they've gotten too content with how things are going, and are just coasting.
No reason not to change a lot if things get bad. I haven't been playing it lately, or any PC gaming really. But I'll continue to play until I'm bored or the servers are shut down. To each their own I guess. Not that I don't agree with you. Patch 3.1 is nearly exactly like Patch 2.1, except with different areas and stuff. So every patch it will be new raid, new dungeon, new thing. New big raid, new dungeon, etc...

EvE is a good game also. But I'm not that into it. Also, it might not mean much, but FFXIV is probably the most subscribed to MMO besides WoW.

Never heard of Fracture. Duke Nukem, obviously. Haven't played Quake 4, but looked it up, and reviews are decent. Just seems like an average game. I won't throw an opinion out there as I haven't played it though.

Origins isn't Inquisition though
Now now... DAI is a good game. Loved it personally. Combat was eh though. Better than DA2 either way. I'll give it to Mass Effect too. ME1-3 were great games. 3 had a bad ending, but that doesn't invalidate the rest of the game. For me at least.
It's an okay game.
If I wanted to play an MMO I would play WoW
Or just skip all that stuff? I did most of it. But whenever I play the game again one day, I'll never do all those fetch quests.

You don't need to. But having read the books and playing the first two would just make your experience better. It's the best game this year. By far. Go buy it now. It's quite long too. Which is good. Took me like 60 hours to finish the game. And in those 60 hours I focused mainly on the main story and barely did other things.
Yeah, playing other games in a series always adds more to the experience. Be it understanding the lore better, references, or whatever else. Still, what with the Witcher 1 being very bad, and 2 being a game I couldn't really get into, 3 is always getting rave reviews.
The Witcher 1 wasn't too bad. Just decent. It's kinda old now too. The Witcher 2 took me awhile to get into also. But it was fun. Offers a pretty different experience to the third. Since it's linear. The locations are more detailed, and the story feels more focused I guess I should say. But other than that, I like The Witcher 3 more.

Pretty much what Charlie said. We armed people who weren't ISIS, but they later joined ISIS. Or ISIS killed them and picked up our stuff. I mean, it's kinda obvious. There's videos of ISIS using American weapons and vehicles. Some people believe we are literally arming them ourselves. But most would say, it's just an accident. And weapons fall into their hands. You do mean 1.28Mb and not 1.28MB, right? Because I have 6Mb, and while it slow for long downloads, it nothing compared to how bad yours sounds. Where I live, I can't get anything better. Kinda sucks. It's expensive for what it provides, there's a cap(even though I don't care and go over every month) and it's just not very fast. It's fine for pretty much anything besides downloading large files. And unfortunately, games are several Gigabytes big.

I'd expect to hear see some more Star Wars stuff at E3. EA has all the major genres covered except RTS. Visceral is supposedly working on a Star Wars game, with Amy Henig(former writer at Naughty Dog) writing it. Like 1313, expect a linear action focused TPS. BioWare has a Star Wars MMO and is also supposedly working on another Star Wars game. So expect KOTR3, or an RPG similar to it. And DICE will be on Battlefront obviously.

Wow. This is what I come back to. LC is right. It's not subjective. Compared to other modern games. Fallout 4 is sorely lacking on the technical side. Is it a bad game? No. But you can't deny those facts. Graphics are outdated. There's the laughable lip sync. And the animations are bad. Someone has to say it. We are letting Bethesda know they did good. But some aspects aren't up to par.
